Service Terms & Policies

1. Confidentiality & File Usage

We strictly protect the confidentiality of your project files. Your source files will never be published on social media or any other platform without your explicit permission. Please note that all models currently featured in our public portfolio have been published with the full consent of the respective clients.

2. Project Cancellation

As 3D printing is a custom manufacturing process, print time costs are incurred immediately upon job initiation. For projects that are terminated after printing has begun, Sonetto Studio will assess the costs associated with work completed and materials consumed.

3. Product Durability & Usage

3D printed parts are fundamentally different from injection-molded products. We guarantee that the item is in good condition at the time of delivery. However, we cannot guarantee its long-term structural integrity or performance under continuous stress. Please use all 3D printed items in safe, non-critical applications.

4. Material Limitations

Please be aware that some 3D printing materials may warp, fade, or degrade when exposed to strong UV light or high-temperature conditions.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect the product and confirm its completeness and quality. If no confirmation or complaint is received within this period, the product will be deemed accepted, and no returns or exchanges will be processed.

6. Client Communication & Liability

It is the client’s responsibility to clearly communicate all requirements regarding product materials, quantities, and specifications during the consultation phase. Sonetto Studio is not liable for any non-conformance of the final product resulting from requirements that were not explicitly stated by the client.

7. Client-Supplied Materials

If you provide your own materials:
Risk & Liability: Items are stored at your own risk. We are not liable for data loss on USBs or other media you provide, nor for the damage, loss, or destruction of your materials in our possession, unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
Quantity: You must supply sufficient material to cover potential printing waste.
Quality: We are not responsible for any imperfections in the final product resulting from defects or unsuitability of the materials you supply.
Abandonment: Client-supplied materials left at our facility for more than 31 calendar days without specific instructions will be considered abandoned and become the property of Sonetto Studio. We reserve the right to dispose of them and may retain any proceeds to cover administrative costs.

8. Lead Times & Delays

All quoted production and delivery times are estimates. Schedules may fluctuate due to material availability, machine status, or force majeure events. While Sonetto Studio will make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines, we cannot be held liable for consequences arising from delays. We strongly advise you to plan your projects with a sufficient time buffer.
